Delivery

Every chinaside UK order is sent tracked, packed properly and dispatched from the UK.

UK delivery

Standard tracked
2 to 4 working days.

Exact costs are calculated at checkout based on your basket and address, so you always see the final figure before you pay.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves us you will get a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow it from dispatch through to delivery. If you have an account with us, your order and its tracking are also there under your order history.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not updated in a few days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, get in touch through our Contact page with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.

International delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. If you are outside the UK and want something from the edit, message us and we will let you know what is possible.
